We are currently accepting applications for:
June 1st – June 18th (AM Cohort)
on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays from 09:00AM – 01:00PM.
Deadline to apply is May 15, 2026 at 12:00PM or when we reach capacity (whichever comes first).
July 6th – July 23rd (AM Cohort)
on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays from 09:00AM – 01:00PM.
Deadline to apply is June 1, 2026 at 12:00PM or when we reach capacity (whichever comes first).
August 3rd – August 20th (PM Cohort)
on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays from 05:30PM – 09:30PM.
Deadline to apply is July 10, 2026 at 12:00PM or when we reach capacity (whichever comes first).
California Association of Peer Supporters Academy
The CAPS Academy is statewide joint venture between two Peer Run Agencies in California: Project Return Peer Support Network (PRPSN) and Mental Health America of California (MHAC) and is uniquely poised to be the vendor of choice.
This collaboration for the Medi-Cal Peer Support Specialist Training is an approved vendor with CALMHSA under the umbrella of Project Return Peer Support Network (PRPSN).
Our combined experience, history, expertise and capacity meet the Peer Specialist training needs of CalMHSA throughout California.
