Carolyn Orona is a Training Instructor with over 16 years of experience in mental health, housing, and case management, serving Transitional Age Youth, Single Adults, and Families. She began her career at Project Return Peer Support Network, where she first started her journey in peer support, and has spent most of her professional path in case management, with a few years of experience as a Program Manager leading multidisciplinary teams. Carolyn is passionate about developing the next generation of peer support professionalism and brings a unique perspective through her lived experience growing up in foster care, including level 14 lockdown placements, using her journey to foster hope, resilience, and authentic connection in every training she delivers.
