She has lived experience being in recovery from mental health challenges including PTSD, Borderline Personality Disorder, Anxiety as well as overcoming the barriers of growing up low-income Latinx in East Los Angeles and learning how to go from surviving to thriving. Empowerment and Integrity are some of the values that drive her in supporting others who are living with mental illness. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with loved ones, traveling, cooking, and making funny videos of her two Persian cats.
